Quality Plan & Procedure
In order to meet our customer's demand, we strictly control in quality and strive for zero defect quality.
A quality mould yields a quality part. Before a new part released to a pilot production, it has to go through a strict quality inspection process. The process mainly includes:
First Article Inspection(FAI)
Process Capability Study
Pilot Production runs before beginning of Series Production.
Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)
Engineering Change Notice (ECN) released to production upon customer's approval.
In-coming Quality Control
All materials and components are carefully checked before being manufactured. Steel and plastic material certifications to be provided if it's requested.
In-process Quality Control
All mould components, including their dimensions and hardness, are inspected at each manufacturing process. For production of plastic or metal parts, we have IPQC to check the quality in the whole process.
Final Quality Control
Before shipment, we perform a pre-assembly inspection and pre-shipment inspection to ensure all components have been made in accordance with customer's final 2D or 3D drawing.
